Arien Reed

I am a transgender man who experimented with my gender for about two years after learning gender and sex do not have to align, and many times do not. After experimenting, I came out to myself in March 2019, began socially transitioning by May 2019, publicly came out as trans on June 1, 2019, and began hormonal transition (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) on July 23, 2019. I am transitioning with the love and support of my husband, a heterosexual, cisgender man, and have been thriving in ways I never even imagined or expected.

Transition can be a terrifying and exhilarating time, and the decision to transition can seem daunting, exciting, or overwhelming. I have decided to document my transition as best I can to help raise awareness about the reality of social and medical gender transition, to reduce misconceptions, to provide more information on what transition in the late twenties can look and feel like, and to provide guidance to my trans and non-binary fellows. If you are transitioning, considering transitioning, or would like to see me provide my opinion on a social or medical topic in this regard, please feel free to leave comments on my videos or
contact me privately.

I always welcome constructive feedback. I am a work in progress, both physically and mentally. Every comment, "like," subscriber, and "follower" means the world to me. Your support alone, in any form, means more to me than many of you may realize. Thank you for visiting my website and I hope you find what you're looking for. If you don't, just let me know.
